Ingredients
650g mixed dried fruit
250g brown sugar
1 ½ cups of “Edna” Orange, Elderflower & Cinnamon Myrtle Tea
2 eggs, beaten
250g plain flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons of Daintree Cinnamon
1 ½ tsp of mixed spice
Method
Step 1
Mix fruit, sugar and tea – cover and leave overnight
Step 2
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees
Step 3
Butter & flour a large loaf tin
Step 4
Stir in eggs to premade fruit mixture you left overnight
Sift dry ingredients & mix in to mixture
Step 5
Put into greased tin & bake for 90 mins
