The pineapple sage leaves & flowers give a sweetness to the scrumptious kaffir lime leaf base, that has the most heavenly scent and flavour. For that extra zest dehydrated tahitian limes and a mixture of Australian Native Bush & Wild mint have been added for depth & flavour. 
As a caffeine free botanical tisane it can be enjoyed day or night.

The blend was selected for Gisela, my mother-in-law who loves her family with her whole heart. Gisela is incredibly generous and can always be counted on to lend a helping hand. The ingredients selected match Gisela as she is super sweet, very beautiful & has an harmonious soul - you instantly fall in love with her!
Just like the sweetness of pineapple, the divine scent & essence of lime & mint – blended together the flavours work in perfect harmony and you will fall in love with this delightful brew!
 
 
Ideal brewing method:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea to your tea infuser, place in your teapot or mug.
When the water reaches the desired temp - optimum temp of 80 degrees, just off boiling.
Pour approx 250ml of water over your tea infuser – allowing water to circulate through leaves.
Time your tea - Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Once time is up dunk the infuser a couple of times to circulate the water.
Remove the infuser and set aside for a second steeping.
