All of the 4 lemon botanicals are all known to reduce stress and the beautiful soothing aroma of lemons, refreshing taste and health benefits makes for a wonderful evening brew.

Bonita:
This blend was selected for my Aunty Bonnie who is refined with grace, poise & intelligence. I find the 4 lemon botanical tisane is very refined in it's clean taste & hue - reminiscent of my beautiful Aunty.
It is a tea that has set standards amongst other flavours of teas, just as Aunty Bonnie has set standards which have had an impact on me every time I am in her presence –  Bonita inspires me to be more.
 
Health Benefits:
Lemon Myrtle:
Backhousia citriodora – used to strength immunity, and in some cases relieves stress and assists with insomnia, is an antioxidant and has anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral properties.
 
Lemon Verbena:
Is believed to be a natural slimming aid,
helps to promote sleep, to fight skin infections and have an anti-inflammatory effects
 
Lemon Grass:
It is believed to be beneficial in:
promoting sleep,
relieving pain with anti-inflammatory effects,
boost your  immunity, 
reducing cholesterol
and is an anti fungal agent
 
Dehydrated Lemon:
Lemons are known to have flavonoids, potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper,
vitamins C & B6 & antioxidants.
 
Ideal brewing method:
Add 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea to your tea infuser, place in your teapot or mug.
When the water reaches the desired temp - optimum temp of 80 degrees, just off boiling
Pour approx 250ml of water over your tea infuser – allowing water to circulate through leaves.
Time your tea - Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Once time is up, dunk the infuser a couple of times to circulate the water.
Remove the infuser and set aside for a second steeping
 
Tip: when resteeping your tea add additional time to draw out the flavour – it will be a weaker brew but still refreshing & beneficial!
